Finding suitable trainees is not the easiest task these days. In order to reach the young target group, we have developed a format together with P&C that presents the various training opportunities in an entertaining way and also offers an insight into everyday life as an apprentice at P&C. We cast the protagonists from the numerous P&C trainees and selected the likeable actor Tobias Schäfer as the streamer. We produced this project over two days of filming with a crew of 6 in the store in Dortmund and in our office in Düsseldorf.
